I think its quiet unfar that Accucraft take these 'hits' of negativity. Remember all the people who design both product and packaging are only human, as are people who 'check' them, we all make mistakes. Just because they've gone wrong with something doesn't mean everything else is instantly wrong, I can imagine if something like roundhouse made a mistake, we would slander them in the same way. I''m a fan of accucraft products, and without them I would have never got into live steam, or found an attractive loco that took my fancy. Me & my dad have a couple of accucraft locos and stock and never had a problem with them! People are suprised how they run and think we've done lots to them!
