Now wheres that lining pen.............

That does look nice!

And it'll be even nicer once you've lined it....

Drool, drool.

Looking forward to seeing a rake of primrose yellow coaches behind it. :D :admire: :admire: :admire:

Hmmmmmm!!! :thinking::thinking::thinking:

Yes I doooo rather like that!!! :admire:

I shall contemplate the 'additions' (financial) that might be required to obtain such an article quite earnestly. :onphone:

One question is, what about the 'swing' front and rear for couplings, would (my) std Accus cope?

Of course it would have to be lined!

Very nice - we want to see the whole lot, peak roofed coaches, transporter wagons etc etc :thumbup::thumbup:

Looks a lot better value than the Pearse version....Beautiful...

I thought it was due out in 2012.

She's a beauty & no mistake. A bit big for my line though.

Sir Haydn. If you have trouble with the chopper couplings you can add a ball and chain to the coupling. I've added them to my Caradoc and cars since I was occasionally dropping one or more cars on curves. They fixed the problem.

Here are a couple of the ball and chain used on prototypes:

And here is the very nice one that Bill Allen built for one of his beautiful locomotives:

Pretty cool. I thought they were coming out in 2012 also, that is at least when my order is supposed to be produced. Maybe someone can post about how they made the transporter wagon in that other link.

The first ones were due out in August this year but are slightly late and just starting to appear now in September, there are then batches to be built in September (full), November (full), and January 2012 (spaces).

Looks a good un!

Happy steamings,

John

the bloomin' great big nameplate is the only thing that looks wrong to my eye, although authentic i am sure it just looks odd. Tis a seriously nice engine though and worthy of the pennies.
