Obtaining Pola G spare parts

Has anyone had experience of obtaining spare parts from Faller in Germany for Pola G scale kits, I just want to know if it is worth contacting them to get some spares.

I have, once for a missing part and once for a deformed part. Give them the model number, sprue number and part number and they send replacements quickly and freebie. Great bunch. :thumbup:
If it's parts for scratchbuilding you want then they also do sets with doors, windows, flooring etc.
 
i have done the same
the absolute easiest way s to use the assembly diagram-if you still have it
i now keep them for such instances

write them and without further response, the part will appear in the post a week or two later
