PIKO American 0-6-0 Instruction manuals online ?

I'm tempted to get into the heady world of kitbashing (well respraying for starters and perhaps a few tweaks like grab handles) the American Piko 0-6-0's that G Scale online has on offer after they have been liberated from starter sets.

a) Are the instruction manuals available online ? If so, please tell me where they live...
b) Alternatively, can those who have taken one apart, comment on the ease of so doing (and the ease of putting back without instructions) ?
More specifically, the ease with which to separate out the cab and tank for a respray? . Picked up the latest (Nov.Dec) issue of Narrow Guage world today at Smiths, and fancy a blue one
c) Could a smoke generator be installed ? (I'm presuming that they could be converted to DCC ?).

C) See A, you can install one (take LGB smoke generator, much cheaper) and operate them with DCC.
