As i got a little bored in all the wet weather recently, I decided to use the spare playmobil train I had sat around.
I decided to make a single car, non articulated version of the standard train.
Its quite a simple bash, just needs lots of plasticard and some plastic weld top glue it all together.
Before and after cutting, it shows where I cut out,
The train after cutting,
In the garden assembled and testing
More testing
All thats left to do, is fill in the cut marks, sort out the glazing, and then touch up the paint, Luckily the lining is the same width as one of the sizes of trimline
Oh and one other think, the unit is unpowered as it wasnt itill halfway through I spotted that I was removing the power bogie
So its destined to be a trailing unit that just gets towed around everywhere
