Ready for new logo/lettering

This is what my 0-6-0 did look like...

This is what it looks like now.

All ready for application of logo and lettering - as soon as my daughter gets done designing the logo and lettering for the Sprite Valley Railroad.

Hmm, there is, I'm afraid, a rather obvious question - couldn't you have bought a black one ?

To which, I suspect, there's an obvious answer

I could have. When I bought it, the black one's were about $100 more expensive.

Another obvious question, why is a black more expensive!

No idea. A lot of the locomotives are on sale now, so I could have gotten a black one, if I ordered it today. I do know it looks a lot better in black than in grey.

It certainly does, the grey looks a little toy like to my eyes, although some are sure to disagree!
