For  a special project, I am building one of these two foot gauge locos in 16mm scale to run on 32mm track. It will be track powered. I will be scratch building the bodywork using 3-D printing. Can anyone suggest where I can get a suitable 0-4-0 chassis, wheels and motor from?

I had a look at this at the Llanfair show. Looks to be a pretty robust little unit. Should work well.
 
You are correct. The wheel size of 24mm is more than the correct size for the loco which is 18mm. I think I will contact the supplier to see if it is possible to purchase smaller wheels. If not then I will paint the wheels matt black and raise the floor by 6mm.
