Scale of Porter side tank

Anyone know the scale of the loco in this set?
Yes, it's G, but 1:20.3 1:22.5 1:24 etc?

I ask because I converted one some time ago to a tender loco for battery power.
Now realising it looks rather small beside Lehmann Porters and starter coaches.

The older Bachmann Porters I believe were 1:22.5 scale and both the new Bachmann Porters and the LGB Porter are 1:20.3 scale.

I had the impression it was smaller than other versions.
