Hi Igor,

Do not panic, we have replacements, developed by Andy at Micron, and available from him and me. - Amongst others..

Though, in theory, we can now no longer supply you, due to a regulation change.
(Send me a PM, or email)

Is this due to
"The EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)".
I noted that LocoRemote will no longer trade to the EU from Jan 2025.
Yes..
We do not believe it is intended to stop 'cottage industries' trading, but it does appear to be an unintended consequence.

However, the wording refers to 'new products' so I believe there is scope to continue what I have been doing up until now.

America and Australia, are not in the EU, but things might get 'interesting' if sending to the US?

The Global Village, might be expanding.

This wonderful bit of legislation, passed under the radar, because we didn't need someone to represent us 'in' the club (EU) when we were in it..

It also means I can't sell to Northern Ireland, as it is technically within the EU..

The 'safest' way round this, is for people from the EU to come for a holiday, and buy 'locally' whilst here..

I can see lots of things travelling this way, in the future?

You could always send things to friends abroad as presents. Of course the packet would have to declared as being a present and of no commercial value when being sent, I'm sure the friend would want to recompense their mate in the UK for their time and trouble dealing with the post.
Well it works going from Yurp to the UK. :mask:

So sorry I missed your birthday....
No there are another 25 days yet. That just gives you time to bake a cake - I'm partial to marzipan and damn the diabetes.
