Nice railcar - what is it?

Colin has linked the beast, I got lucky and bought mine from a 16mm modeler via the 16mm society mag, not that many 45mm guys in their number so was at a knock down price. I have had it pretty much to bits to do mids etc fitting Fosworks RC rather than what was in it. Have to say a relatively competent modeler ought to manage the kit with careful work and following the instructions.
