Looks a lovely loco. Unfortunately it's probably about as long as my garden!
Out of pure noseyness, how heavy is it? If it's stainless and brass, it must weigh a 1:1 ton! I certainly wouldn't want to drop it on my foot
You know you want it boys!!!
And at that price it is a bargain.
Once you hear that speaker with the bass response, you will be smitten.......
There is a large lead acid battery so it can sit parked for a very long time just doing its sounds thing.
I wish I had the money lying around Mike, I would have it in a shot. Got 2 Bachmann K-27's and an Accy live steam K-28, 2 green boiler D&RGW, 1 RGS. Always fancied a "Flying" logoed one to complete the set, so to speak, especially as it has sound . But I'd have to sell some bits to buy it and it takes a while to do the required trading on Fleabay to raise the funds. You don't do installments do you Mike ? PM sent
Tac, can you see post no.3, where Beavercreek Mike has posted a one-line reply of "She weighs a fair bit!".....?
If you can't, then perhaps somehow either you've blocked him on the forum, or vice-versa? Could be an accidental glitch?
Of course if you CAN see his no.3 post, then that can't be the case and I have no idea why you can't also see post no.1 - except that no.1 is a VERY big post with many photos, which I suppose could just possibly have something to do with it?
The loco is back on sale as the original buyer has not completed the purchase.
The loco will now be supplied with a battery charger for the sound card back up battery, I have always used my multi smart charger but that will of course be staying!
