This is a model of passenger car #2 from the RuKB, which no longer exists today AFAIK. It was converted from LGB 31110 which had a clerestory window and door gates, and these are included, and it is packed in this box. The model has metal spoked wheels added, the original plastic wheels are also included. The model has coupling hooks both ends. One of the windows is cracked when the windows were removed for painting. This conversion was briefly covered in this thread:
