This is a bit of a monster building, over half a metre high. It is quite imposing, even more so on an indoor layout! This has only been used indoors. Included are all the stickers, instructions, and parts to add external air-con units, grain feeder pipes, and so forth. Not sure how I am going to pack and post it as it is so large, so I would prefer if this could be collected, but I realise this may not be feasible. I'm not sure how much postage would be but I think £10 would be reasonable for UK mainland addresses. Price is £80, these kits are well over £200 new, I paid a lot less for mine and I'm offering it at half that. PM me if interested.
