Sound unit for Piko Hartz BR199 for radio control

Can anybody advise me where I can get a sound unit for my Piko Hartz BR199 camel diesel please that can be used with 2.4Ghz Radio Control and not track fed.

IIRC the Massoth eMotion S works with DC. I have used it with Airwire, so that is DCC (sort of), but I turned off DC ops by setting a CV. You can buy it with the sound preloaded.
