Steam and Snow!

We have been lucky in south Dorset with only a couple of inches of snow. Yesterday I got the old coal shovel out to clear a track and ran my modified Cheddar Iver. I managed just a minute before passers by came to watch and talk.

You can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW5e...c.jpg[/IMG]

Excellent vid Chris, you have had more snow than me but it's arctic here

Great video Chris.

Thanks guys - and here is another - 7/8th" scale this time, featuring my modified Roundhouse Millie.

Excellent atmosphere. I parrticularly liked the mid-winter W&L goods and the 7/8th logging train with the on-board shots.

Great video. Just the right amount of snow for these trains.

Btw, you don't seem to have problems running railways in a bit of snow. Maybe you can give some tips to the real railroad operators how it should be done.

Ah - the secret is simple - first you have to clear the snow the day it arrives.....and second you need a scale 114ft tall PW worker with a 10ft wide shovel:D

I was away when the latest lot came down and now the whole track is a block of ice.......:(
Cheers
Chris
