Swanage Lilla and Campbell No 6 at the DLR

Hi folks
Last week on the way to Peterborough I was able to film at David Turner's superb Dingle Leigh Railway. Despite more "challenges" than I would care to list, we managed some film of his Swanage Models Lilla and his John Campbell Tralee & Dingle No 6. As we didn't quite get the speed right on this steeply graded track, I have edited the video at half speed. This makes the chuffs deeper and the robins and blackbirds sound quite tropical!

PS The feature on David's railway is in GR 205

A lovely film of an interesting line. The Schull & Skib stock looked great with that T&D loco :thumbup:

Thanks for all the kind words guys - and of course it is David that is due the credit for providing such a great film set!!

Steph, I use a year old iMac running Mountain Lion and iMovie 11. Because I film in full HD and then crop down to 720HD for Youtube, it uses lots of memory. I have 12 gig of ram which lets me keep browsers open at the same time. With less it is worth shutting everything else down. The great thing with iMovie 11 is the slow motion and clip manipulation.

I hope this helps!
Cheers
Chris
