On Saturday 13th June the Junction Model Railway club are having an open day from 10-4 pm and the G scale branch will be there.

Downstairs we will have a small amount of track with analogue and digital control systems to show what we are about. Upstairs the rest of the crew (we are but 4 at the moment with a couple of honorary members) will be working on trestles and also intend to have a SPROG to reprogram some decoders and fiddle around with some trains. We are now coming to the end of the work on the boards for our intended sectional DCC exhibition layout. We have a track plan (and track) and concepts, so the next stage is laying track and doing (portable) scenery).

What we need is people to get involved. Equally, just come along to talk trains (we might even have some choccy biscuits unless Arthur Aardvaark scoffs them all first thing). There will also be an OO gauge layout (Coaley Junction) and I believe a couple of other smaller (i.e. non G) layouts as well.

Venue is where the club meets on a Monday - ST Katherine's Priory, Exeter, EX4 7JY.
