Things you can do with a Bachmann 4-6-0

Here is my offering to this thread. Scratch body on an original first import to the UK going back to the 1980’s. Now has hand operated regulator in the cab and works just fine.

Well most of the time I’ve bought Annie or Big Hauler chassis direct from Bachmann Parts so there isn’t too much waste.
Occasionally if I come across a secondhand loco I have generally disposed of the body etc, although I have down scaled to approx 1/29 proportions an old body and parts to make a (hopefully) passable standard gauge US ten wheeler

Perhaps one of the locos I ought to consider building along with another Irish narrow gauge 0-6-2T

all of them truly glorious i have great plans for the bachmann 4-6-0s i hope to aquire i nearly got one in my favorite road name last spring but i got outbid at last minute wonderful price too but alas i did not get so i got that aristocraft 2-4-2 and i haven't gotten anything since (mostly because i went over budget) but i plan to a 4-6-0 next year
