Decided it was time to move on my Trainline Mallet, a lovely model with Massoth sound decoder, slightly weathered underframe and smokebox (see pictures) to stop the loco looking too plastic-ey, needs a high amp DCC system to run, or runs ok on analogue.
I’ve not used it much as my DCC system isn’t up to it, although it did run a few times with the layout set to analogue, and ran very well.
Not from the first batch with gear issues, has the 4 screws on the underside of each power bogie to denote the modified batches.
