USA Trains collector skates needed....

for my old but still near-mint GP9.

There are no USA Trains spares to be had here in UK, and Mr Ro's company seems to be ignoring any cries coming from UK.

If anybody stateside can help me out, in return for $$$$$, I'd be very grateful.

This is the very same loco that ran for a day over three weeks non-stop, back in 2001. Interesting to see that it wore out a set of skates after that, but it has taken me until now to achieve more or less the same thing.....

There's no illustration to clarify, but another similar item adds "Shoes" behind "Slide" . . .

I had thought it might be worth asking G-bits.co.uk (Resin D'Etre Ltd) but their website appears to be "Forbidden"!

I assume you have checked the switches on the underside? - At least I think there is a 'motor' switch.

Just use the LGB skates!! And these LGB skates will eliminate switch frog jumping of the engine!!
