Happy Christmas!

A nicely made film. A very attractive setting too.

I would be interested to know where those loco crew figures are from, as they look just right for the loco and the Thomas Series in general.

I have not tried to fit figures to Percy and Thomas, because of the shallow cabs, but James and Emily really need some.

Best wishes,
James

The loco crew are Bachmann US-style 1:20.3 figures - significantly bigger than typical LGB/Preiser types (and bigger than the more UK/Euro style Bachmann "Scenecraft" range), and rather American in appearance (I don't think you'd see too many UK loco drivers in bowler hats - though I'm sure someone will find a pic to prove me wrong!!) - but you're right, they DO look the part in Emily's cab - just "cartoony" enough without being over the top.
You should be able to find them singly on eBay and at most G scale stockists for a few quid each - I'm sure GRS had some when I last called in there.

Jon.

I must say that I don't care for the suspended in mid air look of the tenders centre wheel, the break van looks too tall too, still I'm sure that their target audience will love em , so who am I to complain:rolf:
