VISIT TO DEAN FOREST RAILWAY

It is more than 20 years since I last visited the Dean Forest Railway. My visit started at Norchard and I took a round trip which lasted an hour and a half to Lydney Junction and Parkend. There was one loco in steam - 9681 a GWR Pannier Tank. I will begin with photos of Norchard:

When I visited back in the 1990’s they also has GWR steam running on a much shorter line. Super line and easy to get to by train.
