Who made this Bogie?

Can anyone tell me the origin of this bogie please? I think it's probably LGB but I can't match it up with anything.

Looks like one of these? Someone's added a washer between the top of the bogie and the wagon?

Thanks ntpntpntp and dunnyrail - I knew I'd find the answer here ! The washer is because it's a scratch built vehicle I bought secondhand.
