Zeals Junction

I have been contacted by a lady who lives locally about some buildings she has that were originally on a garden railway in Zeals, Wiltshire. The signal box is named 'Zeals Junction'. Does anyone know anything about this railway, which was lifted a good few years ago I suspect?
She has 12 buildings in total, which she would like to sell as a job lot. They comprise a double road engine shed, a double track footbridge, a station complete with platform, a platelayers' hut, a small cottage, a diesel fuel store with tanks, a large goods shed, a small signal box, a large signal box, a loco workshop, a small goods shed, and a coal staithe (complete with loose coal, as I discovered to my embarrassment when I picked it up).
The buildings are nicely made, and are generic in nature rather than being scale models. They are not intended for permanent outdoor use and are made principally of wood and hardboard.
So firstly, can anyone enlighten me about 'Zeals Junction' and secondly, is anyone interested in buying the buildings? I can provide a bit more information in the form of approximate dimensions.

An old sailor of my acquaintance mentioned the name 'Cale Western Models' to me. Does that ring any bells?

Thanks for your two replies Nigel. I don't think 'Scale Models Weston' is right unless they have moved away (both physically and metaphorically) from garden railway buildings. Tag said that there was definitely a Dorset connection, and 'Western' was the correct spelling of his name.
The buildings are definitely G scale. Oddly enough the owner has an 'O' gauge railway indoors and the buildings are way too big for it, otherwise I expect she would want to keep them.
The value is always a tricky one and I might suggest she takes them to one of the local auction houses that sometimes holds sales of model railway items (e.g. George Kidner, in Wimborne or Charterhouse in Sherborne) though perhaps she'd be better off approaching an auction house that specializes in such sales.
Thanks again,
Steve
