Hi,

I'm just starting out in G gauge and have a circle of american spacing medium radius track and one left hand point. I'm after two matching right hand points which are part number Art-30370.

I bought a left hand one in good nick for £40 and am willing to pay similar. I not after the smaller ones.

Thanks for reading.

John

Can't help you John, but welcome to the forum....

John, hi.

Aristocraft medium points are larger than R3 - they're 10ft diameter rather than 8ft (ish) - but you know what you're after :nod:

Thanks. Yup, they are not the same however they are close enough to fit in a circle but not a straight swap so I want to build them in from the start. I'll never complain about the price of OO again..

I ordered an 80 quid item from Kent Garden Railways a few days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation. It seems they are a legitimate business. Is that typical for the way they handle orders?

They are a reputable business.

They don't have a shop as such anymore and are just mail order.

They do though, attend shows. I have brought from them last November. I suggest you try contacting them again....

I would not worry too much (yet) they are an established trader.
They are at a show this coming weekend, so may just be running around like the proverbial headless-chickens?

As Gizzy says, I am guessing it is an oversight?

Hi John. I did find there website/email interaction a little interesting but the items arrived with any bother. They are legitimate. Drop them an email if you are unsure, they should reply. Let me know if you get stuck and I'll call them for you (I see that you're not local to Kent). John

Thanks for the reply and the offer to help. I called them from here in the States but it is Wednesday and I think they are closed on Wednesdays. I'll try tomorrow.

A mate here also has a house in South Croydon. I asked to have it shipped there so he could bring it back here in two weeks. Hopefully I get it sorted by then.
