For the coaches I cheated, I had a bunch of lgb style trucks that I just swapped the original ones out with. Had to cut out the mount for the Lionel coupler and trim down face plate under the buffers to get everything to fit.

All the tools I used to do this, (not shown is a mini file to clean up the cuts) It was just time consuming, took me about 4 hrs to do the loco.

Well worth the time invested to get it done though.
