I like the look of that!
I’s it a Bachmann industrial 2-6-0 chassis?
I bought one at a very attractive price from Bachmann Parts last year and turned it into a Barclay (ish) 0-6-0ST
It’s good to see the diversity of models that can be produced

Yes indeed. I have bought it from Bachmann parts for 20 $ with a bell and "Dremelized" it to fit with a drawing of Mason Bogie on 3' gauge way (45 Mm).
The to-do list is a very long list!!

Some amazing conversions on show here, mostly though I'm astounded at the speed at which you manage to knock them out You've created yourself a really convincing version of Alice.

I had some similar but less ambitious plans to convert one of the 2-6-0 moguls into a freelance version of the Baldwin and Schenectady moguls supplied to the Midland, Great Northern and Great Central, but missed my opportunity to grab one of the locos going cheap
