Use a small 'buck' DC convertor to reduce the voltage to your lighting feed..

Thanks very much that cured the problem , will add the other lights to the waiting room and then turn the brightness down a bit more The doors don't look as bad as the pic shows I haven't glued them together and fitted them to the building yet, I just pushed them in the holes in the walls to see what the lights looked like.. time I relearned to use this Camera ..

You might like to try a VERY light wash of watered down paint on one of two of the LED's..

Just changes the colour temperature of the light in that particular room. - I think it looks more realistic if they do not all look identical.
