Er no, they are the kids inheritance , however I haven't totally forgot Lisa, so in my will it states that she must run a train in my honour everyday rain or shine, what a thoughtful hubby I am :D

Great pictures Rick, the Bernina unit looks splendid as does the rest of the railway.

Crickey its a long time since I added anything here so as the 2016 running season is here I thought I'd better post a couple of pics to start the season

I nipped into the G Whiz show at Lytham St Annes in December with no intention of buying anything, in fact I promised Lisa I wouldn't, but Mr Duffy was there and as many on here will know he can be very persuasive, he just happened to know that the loco pictured below which was for sale on a traders stand was in excellent condition and an absolute bargain, ( they were selling it on his behalf), so 10mins later I returned to the car with a red box tucked under my arm and received a disproving glare from the lady in the passenger seat !

What is X factor please?

"X" is the unknown.... "Spurt" is a drip under pressure.... hence the term "expert".......:rofl::rofl:

No Phil, the Wallace and Gromit playhouse company, slightly smaller scale, but I have bought all the cheap ones off E bay over the last 12 months , some at 99p all under a fiver, they aren't made of plastic that would enjoy being outside for long but ok for in the garage.

Nice one Rick. ..
