We still are running with O SX ELCAPITAN. I've been told that our MAC is too old to upgrade to Mojave or whatever the newest operating system is. It's time to visit the Apple store, I suspect.It's your computer configuration most likely, do you have blockers in your browser? Are you using the latest version of a mainstream browser? If it was broken for everyone on ebay, it would already be fixed...

Yet my desktop was Win Vista / 7 / 8 and now 10, but 11 seems a step to far. Thinking about a MacI have a number of computers that came with windows 7 and upgraded them to windows 10 for free, and all working fine.
