I haven't made any this year as I'm still (sic) using last years, and I think it will easily last for all of next year as well! 
I've kept it in a 5gal plastic drum, which in turn is inside a black bin liner, which in turn is in a shed with no windows. Algy doesn't seem to be able to find it.....poor algy!
