I had initial reservations that BC was so sensibly priced as it may be DRY but its not.... Certainly a lot cheaper than other airlines exept possibly Malaysian whose planes are about 2/3 full....

Well actually yes.... But now I have an inside contact with Veolia...
But you only have to ask, a soft voice and a smile is all it takes in HK....
