A beautiful fall day here in Northwest Florida, but still spent it in the workshop doing more on the Farnham Common station building. It's coming along but still needs the flashing in the roof valleys (I'm going to try using Sugue for that - I've been impressed so far), ridge tiles, gutters, down pipes, plus of course detail painting and signage etc.

It's a GRS kit.

Hmm, I think I resized the photos stupidly! It doesn't really look that tall and gothic like!

All of the photos look good to me. Nice job, I might add.

Irrespective of the photo format it's a very nice job....

Looking good! The warm tones of the stonework look spot on!

Thats pretty darn neat. I actually like the tall look, but either way - nice.

Have you thought about using the self adhesive flashing, for the flashing...

BTW is it a kit or a DIY build?

Nice work Martin....

Simply stunning! I'm assuming that the tomato puree tubes are made of aluminium?

Ian - great flashing! Never thought of that. I just had some Sugru lying around so I thought I'd try that. Seemst to be working, but we'll see when it's painted.

It's a GRS 'Gresford' kit. I like GRS kits. The basics are there, but it's not like an Airfix kit of old. Plenty of room for customizing and 'fettleing'. Feels like real modeling, but with a big helping hand.

They are in the UK Trev - Can't comment about AUS or US - but I would assume so

Here's the full building - not just the roof :)
