do you need an address / location as I'm sure my son in law would oblige?
 
If you on a whole city map of Beijing you will see in the North East corner a big spiral of railway track where the trains gain height for the climb up to the Great Wall and Mongolia, the museum is just before you get to this on the city side. When I went 2 years ago the nearest station was 20 minutes drive away and we had to get a taxi the rest of the way. I don't now if the new metro lines extend out that far yet.
