Welcome, to the forum, Waynight. I'm not sure what the garden railway scene is like in Thailand, but I'm sure there must be something going on! I assume you've tried an on line company such as eBay, I've no idea what the logistics or cost of buying from overseas is like there.

You should be able to order it from model train shops in Germany of the USA, but the hard part is going to be shipping it.
A bundle of code 332 brass rail is going to be heavy and will be in a shape (long, thin and heavy) that most couriers and postal services generally do not like handling, so will charge high shipping rates.

Be carefull. The rail is flexible and can bend easily, so be sure that the seller put the bundle into a sturdy PVC pipe.
