There is not a lot I know of in the modern phones but back in the 80"s we had some good stuff, switches relays cables....a myriad of bits and pieces......one of my favourites was 25 pair cable,great for lighting scenery etc..... we are in Anstead on the Mt Crosby Road......... don't follow SWMBO
Have just finished job on Railcar unit up ad running all systems go ---2 headlights , 2 rear red...2 circuits hence the cable connection......am looking at putting in constant lighting circuit...have it in locos but only with 1 led.. railcar is 2 lots of 2 white and 2 red ledss so have to work on it.

I got it from a TV show called Rumpole of the Bailey.
 
Gotcha....had forgotten old Rumpole...........I've had one myself for the last 64 years................
