As for pins for con-rods.. - Bolt with brass tube sleeve, would probably do?

The drivers would be biguns for narrow gauge. I estimate they are about 50~ 55mm diameter. Similar to a Bachmann Annie wheel.
They may even be gauge 3 wheels on gauge 1 axles. 'Slater's 4' 1" 12 Spoke Driving Wheel' scales to about that. They are £48.50 on gauge 3 axle.
It seems all their smaller scaled 12 spoke wheels are much smaller in diameter.
7/8ths 1:13.7 maybe? Lots of spokes with no counterweights and can that motor and gearbox handle it?
You could lose the tops of the wheels on a low deck in the side tanks and 'mud guards'.
