Hi All,

Thanks for your welcomes. I've finally got around to sort out some photos of my layout. First a track plan:

This is from JMRI. The track in the red box is in the shed, the track in the rightmost blue box is on the patio, and the track in the middle blue box is on a plinth over the septic tanks! This has to be removable every five years or so! Photos to follow.

Thanks for the shed layout diagram. That layout is going straight into my shed (4.5 x 6M).
No need for me to cut holes I'll go straight out the roller door.

Like the plinth ides I have a sewerage inspection access hole (personhole/manhole) right in front of the roller door I'll just make that bit removable.

My new layout will be in Bundaberg, who knows what I will come up with if I consume some of the local product >:) >:)

Oh and welcome to the fun house.

I couldn't go out through the roller door - the spar is in the way! Anyway thanks for the comments. The track plan in the shed is to maximise the number of sidings and allow for some running when I don't fancy being outside (torrential rain here in the winter - same for you I presume (inc. cyclones). The track plan makes for some complicated manoeuvrers when trying to get a particular train out!
