Had the other former machined today. Above the big arch had two more "windows " put in.
Pictures tomorrow

Ooh that means double track T gauge:thumbup::thumbup: :nail:

Second shutter produced. Extra windows above the arch for the rack line on the right of picture.
Now need to modify first former

I think this is a master class in casting comcrete - simply superb. The only question I will ask Phil is had you considered polystyrene for the archway formers?

Hi Mick , Yes we have tried it in the past, LGB 2 and maybe LGB 3
But the cut out gives a former and with some bendy plywood I can make the plugs.
It is a one shot use so it doesn't matter if they get broken when removing them

Hi Paul yes it is a fair size 12 feet 3.7 meter long and 30inches 700mm high and 7inches 190mm wide I personally wouldn't say BIG more like humungous

BIG

ah looking good again phil, but (it dont go round any bends) remove l/h shed and carry on to the next siding. (now that would be REALY IMPRESSIVE):thumbup::thumbup:

Allan ---------------------------Shut up:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Doing a straight one is bad enough.

Got the left hand side nearly completely assembled.
Gone off the idea of plugging the windows. Just going to put the bendy ply into the windows

looking very hsb phil
