Mike, have you considered water retention!!!!!















The baseboards, not you!! it could be worth drilling some drain holes, maybe see where the water stands first or are they cunningly sloping slightly?

ive learnt after 12 years off testing.. that gradients, tend to apear,on thier own.. best not to build them in..:thumbup:
