working on the fire engines







 
thanks guys.. yesterday, started working on the fire statuion its self, i needed the fireengines to work out how much/how big to make the openings..
usale way, draw it out, scribe, and rough up with a file/saw...


 
I think you ought to make the 'under-dome' bell a 'feature' up in the top left corner!!

id like to make them move.. much like the rc lorry i made, but then id never get any thing done , re the flashy lights, it yellow, and a bell.....not blue, and not a siren.. this is lazy after all..sttandards are to be maintained.. :o

Its tough up North, lad !

Round here the siren is a bloke leaning out of the cab, yelling "Get out of the ****** way !" through a rolled up copy of the Racing Post.

In light of that, best go for the bell I think.

btw. Take no notice of the flashy lights comments , their firemen don't have to buy their bulbs from Asda. Times are hard.

not quite john, its elliot.
progress is ongoing, i bought 4 cabinat door magnetic catches from B+Q and striped them down to the bare magnet.. i screwed the magnet to the wall/pillar, this alows me to fit clossed doors for winter/bad weatehr.
