Good news Mike. Simple when you know where the problem is. its finding it that can be a problem.

How right your are Alan. Spent most of yesterday trying to track down why a VPN connection wouldn't allow proper access to our systems. Then at 16:57, spotted the issue, and had it sorted by 17:00. I'd been trying to trace the problem since 11am.

Anyhoo slight thread drift. Glad to see you running again Mike.

Good to see things back up and running! :D ;D :o

thank you guys ???

testing today was great.. nice dry winters day, even felt warm..in the shed!

Great pics! See you've acquired a resident peeping tom :D

Nice pics. Good to see progress being made and trains running ;D :D

Marvellous to see everything up and running again, Mike. Looks almost as if Spring has sprung!

Great pictures and work done as usual. Keep them coming.

thanks guys, apreacit it.. weathers been dam cold..
working on a lorry now.. had a few lorrys with the same cab, thought of trying something new...had a damaged cab..

Damaged cab? Like it! That´s the kind of moodelling I can do :o

totally new cab - looks great Mike.

ta allan unfortuantly, the cab failed the smile test as work progressed.. i reverted to a metal cab, able be it with modifications, the depth of metal alows for considarble reshapeing, and im happy with it.less happy with the green rugens, which let the magic smaoke escape.. 2 minutes after this photo..from the cab.. seeems the bords completly cooked.. or is that fXXXX

Sorry to read about your misfortune. Any chance you may get that fixed under warranty?

hi peter, yes, its under warrnity , infact the nice man at P+s is looking into it, hes been in touch with marklinlgb this weekend, and they seem confused has to how its happend, ie, they are surprised it blew in that spot on the bord.. the bord will be replaced.. disapointing ,as the loco hasnt seen much service, but glad its been sorted out..

Looks like 3 chips blew up. Barring a foreign object causing a short on the board it would have to be a manufacturing defect. Glad it will be sorted for you.

me too peter.. bit of a tysdy up dsay today.. repaint the church, mend a few broken fensces, and jet wash the decking..

More pics. It´ll soon be spring and we need some encouragement ;)
