LGB 55021 problem after 55 reset

I have done a reset on a LGB 55021 using the hand held programmer 55015. I did P 6 55 > then P5 55> and now I have nothing. If I remove the card and turn the dip switched on the loco drives fine in DC on the main board. Am I missing something, have done something wrong, is there a default CV that needs to be programmed after a reset?

Have you put your loco address back in the chip, or tried it on address 03....

I haven’t put the address in as I am using the default 3 which I assumed would be there on the reset

Maybe I am too late, but using the older MTS system you are limited to 14 speed steps and you need to make sure that is programmed for this via CV 29 (set to 4).
