LGB mystery accessory

A picture would help..

4040 series were/are tank cars, so I am guessing it may be a part from one of these?

Googley AI search suggests it is a Part from a Corgi Scammell model..

I wonder if the LGB order number stickers etc have come from the id on another sheet of stickers? - The tank cars (LGB 4040) came with a sticker sheet.

A flight of fancy, to create a wagon load, perhaps?

Also sourced as part of a load for a Corgi 1:50 (Scammel ?) Bought 3 on Fleabay, seller said a numbe of boxes of them were found in the back of a warehouse. Now masquerading as the prime mover in my 16mm Vale of Ffestiniog (And the power plant in a WHR generator car and prime mover in my Conway Castle). Handy source for bits these outsize Corgi loads. Put another VoF builder onto them. Max
