LGB Traction Tyres

Phil, an other new tyre seems to be the option:

Massoth Traction Tyres 37.5mm part number 8315105
Pack of 5. Equivalent to LGB 69104

However nobody seems to have stock!!

Have you tried modell-land.de they have their own ML brand which I bought recently and work fine.

Dave, I have not, however currently the tyre is fitted, and with both my Stainz having new tyres, i don't envisage buying any more for some time.

I think part of the problem will be:
If you have LGB-branded / packaged traction tyres (any size) they are basically 'rubber-bands', manufactured ?20? years ago??

Hence, if they have been in daylight, or got warm, they tend to be brittle and snap..

The clearer, more translucent Massoth offering (I have not seen the ML offering) may be made from a different material?
