MAKING DUMMY UNIT FOR ARISTO FB1

Can anyone tell me if you can convert the FB unit to a dummy, so that there are not all three units drawing current in an FA1/FB1/FA1 lash-up / I presume one could just remove the motors from the bogies ?

That's what I did with my USATrains SW cow and calf, just removed the motors from the calf.
