Mirrors behind bridges

As with many of us my railway hugs the boundary of the garden. This means it is very dark under the arches of my bridges.
I thought I would try putting a mirror behind my the arches to add light and hopefully give the impression of something on the other side.

Not only behind bridges. Look at the shed ,gives the extra impression of length

Yes a good idea, been fooled by the similar use of mirrors on small scale indoor railways.

I foresee hedgehogs with bumped noses, like birds and french windows. Does look good.

I could always make use of some extra length Phil

Looks very effective under those bridges. I think Mr Duffy did something similar with the bridge over his canal if memory serves.

I can see the garden edging idea getting used but I need the dishwasher bits to type...

You can pick up those cutlery trays for dishwasher on ebay - quite cheap.
