Model Town Station

The new station on my railway, with some new people to wait for a train - trains are delayed badly due to the wrong type of leaves on the line!! Why is it that when you photograph something you notice all the imperfections that you don't see with the eye!! The luggage on the sack trolley is made from scratch.

Very nice. I really like the way you've done the brickwork. What wheels did you use for the sack barrow/porter's trolley?

The sack trolley is from P& J Models via KGR. The luggage is made from wood or wood covered in fabric soaked in superglue to make it water proof.

Looks nice - it also looks to have a detailed back (looking through to another window?).

The station has a back that is almost identical to the front, but the roof does not overhang. The kit went together really easily, my only criticism is it looks a little small alongside a Silver lady, and tiny alongside a Mortimer!! About another 3 rows of bricks would make it perfect size for those locos. I will make it a cast concrete base one day, (when its stops raining, etc)
