Need Help Identifying Freight Car

As an aside, they look to be interesting cars, based, as they are, on some other maker's flat cars. I did that with this, in Fn3 - using about four hundred coffee stirrers and scrap wood -

I think I can help you, in the beginning of the 80th I produced these Models by myself an took them to the World Fai rat Nuremburg.
Later on I realised that it cannot be for a Living.
Than I was responsible for unemployd young people. So these cars of mine were produced by them.
That is your car because I have still some originals modells of mine and parts they have produced under my authority.
If you want to have more Information you can make contact.

Kurt

Hi Kurt,

Thanks for responding to my question. I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I haven't accessed this account in a long time.

Yes, I would definitely like some more information about these beautiful train cars. What made you decide to start building them? I think it's great that you gave work to unemployed young people to produce them under your authority. How did you end up working with Model Power to sell them in the United States?

You mentioned that you might have some that are for sale. I'm definitely interested in purchasing a few more for my collection. You can't find beautiful, hand-made train cars like these anymore. Right now I have a high-side gondola, a low side gondola, and two flat stake cars with wood beam loads. I would love to buy a boxcar and a kettle car. Not sure what other types you might have, but it would be great to have a complete collection of one of each type.

Danke Schoen,

Rob
