I would more like the armoured simplex and that is a nice model. I would also love a WD Hunslet and have seen a lovely 7/8ths models at a show some time ago. I would lobe one but due to the size I suspect would be quite expensive.
I also like the German and French WW1 locos. The little Deutz oil engine with the big flywheel would be an interestimg little loco, not to mention the French double ended Fairly type locos.
The good thing with the WW1 locos is that so many were made and ended up all over the world so are suitable many types of railway.
With the little industrials being mentioned above there were the kits of small diesels produced by Steve at Back2bay6 but they didn't sell very well, hopefully this interest in 7/8ths might make it worth re-introducing the range and finally pay back the investment. If enough interest was there I'm sure he could produce stuff in batches to order much like Accucraft use the pre-orders to check viability. Something to think about
